The room was clean and well-stocked, but the key cards failed daily.

Our recent stay was just fabulous – the breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, and I loved the comfy room with a view over the river. We were a bit worried about the noise due to the railway nearby, but it wasn't too bothersome. I would definitely return!

The overall temperature in the room spiked, making sleep tricky—despite a fan, it was loud enough to resemble a kettle boiling all night. Road noise seeped in through the open window, compromising tranquility. the pillows were soft to a fault. they felt more like fluff than support. I encountered some hiccups during breakfast, notably items running low late in the service. It felt like a missed opportunity for a refresh of hot options, as I had to make do with what was left by the time I arrived. The bed's comfort level left something to be desired. my usual preference is for a more supportive mattress. Just a heads-up if you’re picky about those sorts of things.

Had a lovely stay for two nights with my family. The kids enjoyed the games room and we relaxed in the lounge area, which was a nice touch. One tiny hiccup was the bedside USB port that didn’t work, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 👍

The large windows in my room offered fantastic views of the Tyne, and the comfortable bed was perfect after a long journey.

My stay was fantastic, as the spacious room provided a very comfortable bed and was perfect after a long day exploring nearby attractions like the Discovery Museum and Nuns Moor Park, both just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the beauty of the area on foot.
